The Center for Tomorrow's Leaders is committed to developing innovative leaders who understand that influence starts with integrity.  Unleashing the potential in young leaders enables them to make the difference they want to make in the world.

The CTL partners with schools, companies, churches and other organizations to bring cutting-edge leadership training to Hawaii's emerging leaders.  The CTL offers two distincitive programs:

The CTL Fellows Program:  a year-long, comprehensive leadership development program for juniors and seniors in high school that features high-level interactions with over 30 of Hawaii's most influential leaders.

The CTL Schools Program:  the CTL offers customizable, research-based and values-focused leadership development training directly to Hawaii's high schools.
